Who can apply?
This Hackathon is open to all Ounass employees from any team, anywhere. Join the challenge as part of a team and collaborate to bring ideas to life.
- Team Registration: Each team must have between 3 and 6 members. Teams are formed by the colleagues who choose to apply together — there is no pre-elimination, so every registered team takes part.
- Participation: Participation is onsite. Online participation is available for our remote team only.
- No coding experience is necessary: Just bring your curiosity and your passion for innovation!

Jury panel
The evaluation committee will consist of Ounass leadership, supported by an AI-powered evaluation tool.

- Operational Excellence: How effectively does the solution help teams work better by saving time, reducing manual effort, and improving efficiency?
